I wanted to send out a quick email to let you know that I have finished a Squidoo Lens showing all of our plans for our 11th grade year.
Harmony Art Mom's Eclectic 11th Grade Year Plans
I have tried to list out every resource and material with links for you to use as you plan you high school years.
I will keep the link on my sidebar....top left-hand side.
Let me know what you think over on Squidoo once you get there....there is a lot of information there for you to digest.
Hope it helps another family.
I have also posted another review over on Curriculum Choice. This time I wrote a review of the IEW program Linguistic Development through Poetry Memorization. This is a great program for children of all ages.

Thank you for the post. I visited your Squidoo lens, got overwhelmed, and then directed myself to the link to your 9th grade plans. I actually printed those out and put them in my high school planning notebook - thank you so much, they were incredibly helpful. High school is right around the corner for use now!
I do have a question about the Spanish program you use. I read your review on C.C. as well. We are using Rosetta Stone Spanish and we do really like it. My only problem is that I don't feel my daughter and I are making good progress with WRITING Spanish. I also find we are often confused about verb forms (which form of the verb to use with different subjects). Even though we use the worksheets, I just feel we need to be doing a bit more grammar/writing work to really understand the language. Do you think Easy Spanish would help fill that hole for us? I would use it in conjunction with Rosetta Stone.
Thank you, Barb, in advance, for giving me your opinion.

I don't think that Easy Spanish will fill in much more than Rosetta Stone. I had to turn to my daughter who is a fluent Spanish speaker to help me tutor the boys through a few of the verbs they needed to know.
I thought that Rosetta Stone did a decent job at the writing part but if my boys want to continue on with their Spanish, they are going to hop over to the CC for a course or two.
Easy Spanish basically has you work through the Big Red Book of Verbs. You might try purchasing that from Amazon.com and see if that helps you at all.

Sorry I am not more help.
